Remebering Dad

I was very blessed to have had such wonderful parents.

Today the weather is lovely. The  husband and I are making a trip to Home Depot to see what Spring flowers are ready to plant. I love this time of year, our Azaleas have buds and are potatoes are coming up!

Hope you have a great weekend!

  1. What a nice obit Laurie! Sounds like he had many interests and left a loving heritage.

Snow is melting into flood waters around here. No sign of flowers except at Home Depot probably.

  2. I was at daily mass that morning at SJB and I remember them setting up the funeral candle. You dad sure accomplished alot in his life! Some day you will all see each other again in heaven!

  6. Dear Laurie...losing a loved one is painful. But you will begin your journey starting at this exact point, by remembering the little moments that made his life so special in yours.

Please accept my condolences in losing your father.

Enjoy the spring flowers, the sense of renewal in spring is a balm to our soul.
